0.2.8.3 Released

Hello,

The last update came out two weeks ago. I know you're not used to seeing two updates in one year, but don't worry. 0.2.8.3 is also relatively small, bringing mostly bug fixes and minor tweaks.
The largest improvement is the fact that you can now speed up the fade-in animations on the high scores window. You can also see how well you did, based on your score.
Thanks to a friendly dude named Pepe, we've also got pretty company logos in the news now.
I've also worked on the mod tool a little.
And... that's pretty much it.

If you're interested, check out the full changelog here

Hope to see you in 0.2.8.4, where I fix a couple of visual bugs, in 8 months. (Remember you can join the Discord to receive more frequent updates!)

Damn this gives me nostalgia. I feel like it's been at least a year and a half sense i last played this. Like sense then i have graduated highschool, Gotten and lost my first girlfriend, Gotten and lost Depression and gone through three separate jobs.  How time fly's.

Keep it up. Well done! Will updates be more frequent?

Frankly, the main reason I released an update quicker than usual is because there was an annoying bug in the game. For the next update I want to actually add a pretty large feature, and that always takes me a lot of time. Besides, I'd like to focus on the last month of school and learning actual programming now.

Even if I said yes, never trust me when it comes to deadlines.

Bruhhhh if you can beat this game in V. Hard mode, you're a GOD

I beat it in V hard it was really hard you have to constantly take in loans but I got to 2006 thankfully :)

Will you cut down the time of CPU development later in the game on a future update? Because I think almost a year is too long, because I want to do multiple cores on one year at the end

For a long time I've wanted to make it possible to sell and design multiple CPUs at once, but for now I just start designing the next CPU while the previous one is still in its prime and I've never had any issues with this playstyle.

Good to see a consistent update. Hopefully you are getting more organized schedule, because this was a pleasant surprise.

P.S. I'm glad :)

oh yes yes yes maybe then the code will actually be readable!

Good thing you're learning programming, because it might speed up updates as well as be able to make better updates.
